Exato Technologies Shares to List Today

December 5, 2025: Exato Technologies is set to debut on the BSE SME platform today after receiving a stronger-than-expected response to its book-build IPO, which closed on December 2. The company has also been active in the unofficial market ahead of listing, where the grey market premium (GMP) is hovering around 126%, signalling strong listing-day expectations.

Issue Structure and Price Band

Exato Technologies IPO is a book build issue of ₹37.45 crores. The issue is a combination of fresh issue of 0.23 crore shares aggregating to ₹31.85 crores and offer for sale of 0.04 crore shares aggregating to ₹5.60 crores. Exato Technologies IPO bidding started from November 28, 2025, and ended on December 2, 2025. Exato Technologies IPO price band is set at ₹140.00 per share. The lot size for an application was 1,000. The minimum amount of investment required by an individual investor (retail) was ₹2,80,000.00 (2,000 shares) (based on upper price). 

Pre-Listing Sentiment: GMP

Grey market activity ahead of listing suggested strong speculative interest. Some segments of the unofficial market reported GMPs exceeding 100%, indicating heightened demand and aggressive short-term expectations.

However, since GMPs are unofficial, unregulated, and highly volatile, they should be interpreted cautiously and not viewed as reliable indicators of actual listing performance.

What Investors Should Watch

Investors must first check the basis of allotment and review the latest exchange disclosures before taking any action. After the stock lists, they should closely watch the opening price compared to the issue price, the listing-day volume and order-book strength, as well as management commentary and early operating updates. Monitoring revenue momentum and margin behaviour in the upcoming quarters will also be essential. Together, these indicators will help assess whether the strong pre-listing sentiment can convert into sustained investor interest beyond the debut session.
