The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) approved the Initial Public Offer (IPO) of Imagine Marketing Ltd. on 1 August 2025. Following SEBI approval, valid for 12 months, the company will proceed with the IPO launch, subject to market conditions and other regulatory approvals.
