Logiciel Solutions IPO Lists Today: What to Know Ahead of Debut 

December 5, 2025: Logiciel​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌ Solutions IPO is set to debut on the BSE SME platform today, 5th of December 2025. The information technology services provider completed its ₹40 crore initial public offering last week, after opening for subscription on November 28 and closing on December 2. 

IPO Structure and Subscription Response 

The ₹40 crore public issue was a mixed issue of fresh equity shares and an offer for sale, the proceeds of which the company intended to use for strengthening its financial position, meeting the working capital requirements, and financing general corporate expenses. The issue was subscribed moderately, as happens with most SME-board listings, where participation by institutions is limited. 

Logiciel Solutions’ business operations span software development, IT consulting, and digital transformation services. The IPO provided access to a specialised segment within the domestic technology services industry at a time when small and mid-sized IT firms continue to attract selective attention in the market. 

Grey Market Premium Indicates Muted Sentiment 

Ahead of the listing, the grey market premium (GMP) for Logiciel Solutions remained at 0. This reflected a neutral stance among unofficial market participants, with no visible indication of either a premium or a discount at listing. A flat GMP generally suggests expectations of a listing near the issue price; however, GMP is an informal indicator and operates outside regulated exchanges.
