Thursday, December 04, 2025: Pine Labs Limited (NSE: PINELABS | BSE: 544606) announced its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. The consolidated net profit of the company reached ₹6 crore, making a remarkable recovery from heavy losses in the previous quarter. The company’s revenue also increased by 18% YoY.

Financial Results of Q2 FY26

For the quarter ended September 2025, Pine Labs reported a consolidated net profit of ₹6 crore. This marks a QoQ increase and a remarkable recovery from a loss of ₹32 crore in the same quarter last year. The net profit of the company was boosted by healthy revenues. The company generated ₹650 crore in revenue from operations for the quarter. This was an 18% year-on-year increase, up from ₹552 crore a year ago.

The company also had healthy margins during the quarter. Its EBITDA surged by 62% year-on-year. The surge was mainly driven by better cost control and stronger operating leverage. Further, the company’s ESOP (employee stock-ownership plan) expense also had a sharp reduction. It fell from ₹66 crore in the prior quarter to ₹29 crore in Q2 FY26. The reduction in the ESOP has also improved profitability for the quarter.

How Did Investors React to the Q2 Results

The company had a positive share-price market reaction after it announced its second-quarter financial results. The shares of the company gained about 2.5% in trading. This shows that the investors are optimistic about the turnaround. However, the price eventually fell in red. It is because, despite a return to profit, Pine Labs is still facing competitive market conditions, which pose a risk moving ahead.

Stock Market Snapshot

The share price of Pine Labs Limited closed at ₹239.65 as of December 04, 2025. This was a 3.20% or ₹7.91 decline from its previous close of ₹235.25. The intraday range was between ₹242.60 and ₹254.06. The company has had an active trading session so far. Its total market capitalisation stands at ₹28,085.69 crore.
